Local-first data
WinDeck stores its everyday productivity data locally on your Windows computer. This includes tasks, notes, local calendar events, focus history, and screen-time history.
No analytics
The desktop application does not include analytics, telemetry, or behavioural tracking services.
Optional features
Screen-time tracking and notification monitoring are optional. You can enable or disable them in Settings. Screen-time tracking records application names and active duration locally; it does not record window titles or browser URLs.
Licensing
Initial license activation requires an internet connection and sends only the information required to verify a license and activate one Windows computer. Routine use does not require a continual connection.
